Twenty one flats converted from offices under permitted development. The flats where furnished and let as part of a rental portfolio.
Robin Lee Architecture were commissioned develop 88 Garratt Lane in south west London. The site consisted of an existing three-storey former paint factory of concrete framed construction, with a rooftopdevelopment by Sergison Bates Architects completedin 2004. The development has created 12,500 ft2 ofresidential space across 20 apartment units.
The floor plane was treated homogenously in industrial parquet blocks made from European Oak linking all interior spaces.
