Baylight acquired the first, second and third floors of a converted warehouse from Gala Bingo in 2014. A large rectangular hole was cut between the second and third floors linking them to create a three bedroom apartment.
Elements of the original warehouse building were maintained and contrast with the use of new luxurious materials.
The top floor of the apartment remains open with a ribbon of windows facing north over Westbourne Grove.
